Our chef de cuisine, Mr. Thomas Fritz, is well-known for his creativity. He was awarded one of Germany’s 600 best cooks from »Savoir Vivre«, the second year in series. This honours him and makes us proud.
And we are glad to witness that our chef de cuisine always tries to expand his horizon. High cuisine, regional home-style cooking, menu or buffet, in our restaurant or on caterings – Thomas Fritz cooks with passion and enthusiasm.
