The bar is in the basement. Our Baraza Bar is currently closed.
Your room is available on the day of arrival between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. If you arrive after 10 p.m., please let us know in good time by telephone.
On the day of departure, check-out is between 07:00 and 11:00. Departure before 07:00 is also not a problem. In this case, the check-out takes place the evening before - talk to us!
If you are travelling by bicycle, we can store them safely and free of charge. We are also happy to provide you with a rental mountain bike (€8 per day).
We serve you our rich breakfast daily in our restaurant. For an extra charge of €10 per room, we serve breakfast in your room.
Monday to Friday: 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m
Saturday to Sunday and public holidays: 08:00 to 11:00 am
Pets are very welcome. We charge €12 per day. We are happy to have a bowl set ready for you. Please note that dogs are only allowed in the restaurant for dinner and must be on a leash.
Are you traveling with a child? No problem, simply book a cot or extra bed when making your reservation.
If you would like an additional pillow or blanket in your hotel room, please contact our reception staff.
With our lift you have barrier-free access to all floors.
The hotel's own parking spaces are located directly in front of the hotel and in our inner courtyard. You can park your car here for free. If our hotel car park is full, you can alternatively receive a parking permit from us, which allows you to park for free on the Rathausplatz (subject to availability).
Our hotel only has non-smoking rooms. In the event of non-compliance, we allow ourselves to charge 150 €.

Sun: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m

Our KENBALI sauna area with dry sauna, steam bath and relaxation room is on the 5th floor and offers a wonderful view over the city of Sundern.
The use of the sauna and the steam bath is currently only possible for our hotel guests with prior registration within the following opening hours.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. To do this, log into our WIFI network with the password “hbphwlan”.

Cash-free hotel since January 1st, 2023
Our hotel has been a cashless zone since January 1st, 2023. We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments continues to decrease, so that we switched completely to "cash-free" at the beginning of 2023. In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods for you.
Please understand that we can no longer accept cash payments with immediate effect.
